High quality bedding & extras
Both cottage bedrooms are equipped with hotel quality 600 count Egyptian cotton bedding and quality towels .The master bedroom also has adult sized bath robes, complimentary slippers and complimentary mini sea kelp toiletries, a standard size double bed, wardrobe, tallboy, full length mirror, alarm clock, bedside cabinets with lamps and a 22'' TV with Freeview, and hairdryer.
The twin bedroom has 2 full size single beds, suitable for adults or children and has uninterrupted views stretching for miles across the sheep studded marshes, decorated in a relaxing cream and white theme.This bedroom has the same high quality bed linen and also has a 22'' TV with Freeview and a hairdryer, bedside cabinet with lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space.Both bedrooms are on the first floor.

The open plan kitchen and living room is light and airy with a dual aspect. It has seating for 4 people. A 32'' inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player. We have provided a good and varied selection of up to date DVD's, games and books for both adults and children, for your indoor entertainment. We also offer free wi-fi access which works throughout the property and on multiple appliances. There is a fold down 'butterfly' style dining table and chairs for 4 people.
There is a downstairs guest cloakroom and upstairs, the first floor family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath,WC towel rail and storage.A picture of the bathroom can be seen in the gallery.

We even provide 2 adult bicycles which you are welcome to use [at your own risk and please provide your own cycle helmets]. There are good cycles routes locally and our guests have often enjoyed cycling into Rye. Further bikes and child seats may be hired from Rye Hire, just 3 miles from our seaside holiday cottage in Sussex or in Camber itself from Ebike hire

Marsh View Cottage has a private, fully enclosed rear garden with extensive & relaxing views across the SSSI protected marsh where you can watch the sheep, rabbits,hares, birds & other wildlife while you relax and enjoy a barbecue and al fresco dining. There is a table, 4 chairs and parasol on the decking. Part decked, grass and shingle, we also provide a gas barbecue. With this view to the rear, and the dunes and sandy beach just a few minutes walk to the front, Marsh View Cottage, Camber Sands really does offer the best of both worlds - coastal cottage living on a prestigious development,blended with rural views to the rear as we are perfectly located between the beach and the marshes.

Our Camber Sands holiday cottage has a well equipped kitchen, but if you don't want to cook yourself, there is a multi award winning restaurant, [The Gallivant] within about 5 minutes walking distance of our holiday accommodation in Camber Sands, and a good pub/restaurant [The Owl] within approx. 10 minutes walk. 3 miles away in Rye are a large number of good places to enjoy a meal - whether its a full evening meal, a light lunch or a cream tea - you will be spoilt for choice in Rye and will not be disappointed! Treat yourself to sampling some of the local dishes such as salt marsh lamb or locally caught fish straight from the boats in Rye.We also leave a selection of takeaway leaflets if you wish to have a meal delivered.
We are lucky to have local wine and ale producers so you can sample some local wine from Chapel Down or Biddenden local cider or the local Spitfire ale

Marsh View Cottage, Camber Sands, Rye, just a few minutes walk to the dunes and sandy beach, and only 3 miles from the ancient and picturesque town of Rye. Directly behind us are the SSSI protected, sheep studded marshes.
Once under the sea, these salt marshes can tell their own tale.Rye was once the capital of smuggling in the UK, due to its close proximity to Europe. The marshes were used by the smugglers under cover of darkness to hide from those hunting for them, and also to hide their contraband.

To the front of the property is a private off road parking space for one car, directly outside the front door, making loading and unloading of luggage easy and convenient.
